Your information
Privacy policy
How we handle information when you browse this website or get in touch.
Using this website
You can browse these pages without creating an account. This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, a newsletter sign-up or a contact form. It does not store your enquiry in a website database.
When you choose an email link, your email application opens. Your message is sent only when you send it. Your email provider and LeisureWorld’s email service process that message. When you call us, the team uses the information you provide to help with your enquiry.
The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
Bookings, memberships and other services
Bookings and membership purchases take place in the LeisureWorld app or the external Legend booking service. Payments, gift vouchers, job applications, maps, app stores and social media also use separate services. Their privacy information applies when you visit or use them.
Your enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. If you contact us about a centre, course or membership, we use the details you provide to respond and manage that request. The information needed depends on the service. Ask us if you need details of the data held about you, its purpose, lawful basis or retention period.
Your privacy rights
You can ask LeisureWorld about the personal information we hold about you and request access, correction or deletion. Where applicable, you can request restriction of processing or transfer of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal or service obligations.
We may need to verify your identity before responding, so we do not disclose or change another person’s information. Contact us using the details below to make a request or raise a concern. You also have the right to complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
